VKP is here for both new and experienced KLM employees.
We work on creative solutions in your interest and in the interest of KLM. Regularly, we engage in consultations with KLM regarding personnel policies and employment conditions. These discussions are often conducted in collaboration with other employee organizations.
The outcomes and agreements from these consultations are documented in the collective labour agreement (CLA) or in specific employment condition arrangements.
In external consultations, VKP, together with other employee organizations, negotiates with KLM on your terms and conditions of employment. The Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) negotiations form the primary focus of these external consultations.
It is referred to as “external consultation” because most employee organizations in this forum are represented by individuals who are not employed by KLM, unlike members of the Works Council, Divisional Councils, and Group Committees. However, KLM employees frequently participate as members of the employee associations’ delegations.
On behalf of VKP, Mark Rademaker and other board members (KLM employees) represent the organization in these consultations.
