Join VKP

Are you a professional working at KLM and covered by the KLM Ground Staff Collective Labour Agreement (CLA), or do you hold an executive positon? Then you are eligible to become a member of VKP, the only employee organization that truly represents the interests of professionals within KLM.

Membership fees are €11.75 per month. Members under the age of 36 pay a reduced fee of €8.80 per month. Through the KLM Cafeteria Scheme, you may be eligible for a tax-free reimbursement of your membership fee, reducing the net amount you pay. More information can be found on my.klm.com.

Are you retired and interested in becoming a member, or are you approaching retirement and would like to remain a VKP member? You are more than welcome to join us. We are committed to representing the interests of retired KLM employees as well. As a retired KLM employee, you can also rely on us for individual support and representation, and you are welcome to attend all of our meetings and events. The membership fee for retired members is €70.50 per year. If you are also a member of the Association of Retired Employees (Vereniging voor Gepensioneerden), you pay only €34.50 per year for VKP membership.
