Join VKP

Are you a professional employed by KLM under the KLM Ground Staff Collective Labour Agreement (CLA), or working in an executive position? Then you are eligible to become a member of VKP – the only employee organization that truly represents the interests of professionals within KLM.

The standard monthly contribution is €11.75, with the first three months free of charge. Employees under the age of 36 pay a reduced rate of €8.80 per month, and also benefit from three months free. If you register, you will receive a €25 VVV gift card as a welcome gift. VKP members are eligible for a tax-free reimbursement of their membership contribution through the KLM Cafeteria Scheme. Further details are available on www.my.klm.com. This reimbursement reduces your net contribution, depending on your personal tax bracket.

Retired KLM employees are also welcome to join VKP. The standard annual contribution is €70.50. Members who are also affiliated with the KLM Association of Retirees (VG) pay a reduced rate of €34.50 per year.
